Its mail services comprise letter to parcel delivery services, business solutions, special mailing solutions, and payments and transactions services. Its express services include door to door delivery, international express deliveries through express mail service, pick up service, insurance package, packaging solutions, and Web-based tracking services. The company's counter services comprise billing and financial solutions, such as household bills, public service network, ticketing and booking, Western Union, banking, and i-POS shopping; takaful and insurance services; retail services ranging from purchase of stamps to transfer of money; and the sale of postal products and other stationery under the Pos 2020 name. It offers various logistics solutions via land, sea, and air with support from its warehouse and distributions network; freight forwarding; on demand line haul services; warehousing services; and door to door corporate parcel services. The company is also engaged in the printing and insertion of documents for mailing; and the sale of digital certificates. Pos Malaysia Berhad is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
