Naim Holdings Berhad, an investment holding company, is engaged in property development and construction businesses in Malaysia. The company's property development business includes the development of residential and commercial properties. Its construction business comprises the construction of buildings, roads, and bridges. The company also manufactures, trades, and sells construction materials, such as reinforced concrete piles and bricks; and provides sand extraction, land filling, site clearing and earthwork, and project management services. In addition, it is engaged in the supply, installation, and rental of equipment; operates as a landscaping, civil, and building contractor; and involves in property investment holdings. The company was formerly known as Naim Cendera Holdings Berhad and changed its name to Naim Holdings Berhad on March 13, 2009. The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Kuching, Malaysia.
